The Partnership is a registered Vermont nonprofit and federal tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization. Partner support and donations are 100 percent tax-deductible.

Becoming a partner is an investment in the overall work of the Hardwick Downtown Partnership. Partners provide financial support to maintain and expand our capacity to advance our mission. It helps cover core operating expenses such as staff, insurance, and ongoing marketing. Partners choose their level of support and are recognized in regular communications.

Sponsors

Sponsor support specific events or projects to advance our mission. It also allows sponsors to focus their support in an area of particular interest. Sponsor opportunities for 2025 include:

Hardwick Hoopla (formerly First Fridays) - summer months

Fall Festival - October 4
